    Set at the foot of the iconic Mount, The Oceanside Towers has long been recognized as one of the best locations for holidaying in Mt Maunganui. Watch the ever changing scenery of boats and cruise liners all from the balcony on Pilot bay. An upmarket apartment completed with ease of living in mind allowing you to enjoy all that this wonderful location has on offer.



    The Space:

    This spacious apartment within this recently refurbished block offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a fold away single sofa bed in the side lounge for a 5th person.

    Make use of the pool, spa, sauna and gym within the complex - or grab a towel and head to the beautiful beach right across the road.

    Fantastic views of the everchanging harbour and the Mount itself can be enjoyed from the spacious balcony. Everything that the Mount has to offer is right out the door - stroll downstairs to the many cafes and restaurants or take a hike on one of the many tracks up or around the Mount. A short stroll will land you downtown Mt Maunganui where there are more cafes and shopping to be enjoyed.



    Other Things to Note:

    We don't accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 years. We also have a strict no party policy so if you are planning on holding a party please look elsewhere.

Great by the Mount

Great apartment which is well furnished. Great location by the beach and cafes, right beside the Mount itself, you couldn’t ask for a better location really. No coffee machine which would be a good addition but the cafes are literally right down stairs! Couple of issues, the code provided for the lift was incorrect on the checkin sheet but we managed to work out which way round the numbers should be. There is earthquake strengthening work going on at the moment which we didn’t know about. This unfortunately meant work starting at just after 7am which was a bit of an unnecessary wake up call. The pool was constantly covered up but we learnt on the last night from a couple of young lads that they had just been pulling the cover back & considering it was 27degs, this would have been useful to know. We also had a workman in the swimming pool deck area hammering every nail back in for a couple of hours on the Friday morning! Just a one off but added to the work going on! We also had a leak in the main bathroom which the property manager had sorted out that day. We’d go back, the work would be finished, the pool would be open, there would be no leak and it’s a great location!
