Step outside to a spacious outdoor deck and BBQ area, ideal for enjoying the beautiful tropical surroundings. The designer kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals and offers a butlers pantry. Upstairs, a second living area provides additional space with a sofa and TV. The garage is available for secure carparking or storage and there is 1 carpark on the driveway.
