    Looking for a spacious home for your next beach break? This gorgeous, two storey modern home on the popular Muricata Avenue. Enjoy Five bedrooms, two bathrooms and superb indoor - outdoor flow on both levels. Located a few minutes walk from the beach and a quick drive or 15 minute stroll in Mount Town. Suitable for families and professional couples only as this property is in a quiet family neighbourhood. It does not suit working groups, gatherings or events with higher noise levels.

    The Space:
    Live like a local and hang out at the Tay street cafe for your morning coffee….. Catch a few waves, power walk up the beach or just chill on the sand.
    You can walk downtown in around 10-15 minutes This superb home is generous with its space and design a great pick for families or three couples.

    Other Things to Note:
    *Please note the person booking and staying must be over 25 years old*
    * NO parties - NO Events - quiet hours between 10pm and 7am - A breach of this condition will mean immediate eviction and retention of your full bond.

Comfortable, Modern and Tidy

We recently stayed for two nights here. The property is modern, comfortable, well laid-out and very clean and tidy. The managers were great at communicating around check-in and check-out, and both processes were very easy. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are modern and functional and everything worked perfectly. The house and amenities are exactly as-described and it looks like they have upgraded to a Smart TV. It is located in a nice quiet area but still close to the main shopping area in Mt Maunganui. It is also really handy having an on-site garage. We will definitely stay again. Thank you to Chloe and the team.

Everything with the house was great - there were a few issues that came up during the stay, these problems could have forced us to abandon our stay, but these were expertly handled by the property manager and in the end, everything worked out great
