    The Space:
    Set over three levels, The ground floor level offers the use of the secure garage to park 1 car. On this level there is an additional bathroom and laundry. On the 2nd level you'll find the 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. The master bedroom has it's own balcony. On the top level is the living area with lovely views of Mauao ( the mountain) and the harbour - Pilot bay. There are 2 balconies on this level so you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun including stunning sunsets over Pilot bay.
