Light and spacious, this executive studio has it all! offering stylish and easy living. Based in central Mt Maunganui, we are a 6 minute stroll to the surf beach and Tay Street Cafe or a 5 minute walk to Blake Park. Suitable for couples. There is off-street parking, great Wifi and it has its own separate entrance. Located under the owners residence at the back of the property, it is quiet, private and comfortable. A great spot to stay and enjoy the best of the Bay of Plenty!

Our studio accommodation under our Hosts’ beautiful home was quiet, spotless, warm and comfy. Parking was outside the door. It was close to the supermarket and the Mount shops and cafes. Just perfect, thank you.

Matt and Shelly, were very gracious to host us again at their home. Last time we rented for over a year at the old house that used to exist at this location; but this time we stayed for one month at the beautiful new home/ VRBO rental. The communication was easy. The location is great for walking or biking to the beach or shops and I took the bus several times that is only two blocks away. We returned after Covid lockdowns to sell all our belongs via Trade me that were in storage . It was a challenge fitting all our boxes & suitcases in the room but we made it work. Thanks for putting up with us using the room as storage/living while we worked tirelessly to sell or donate everything. Laurie & Todd
