Dear Lola, We apologize for the inconvenience that you've experience during your one night stay in our hostel. It is just disappointing to know how you feel about the services we offered knowing the fact that you end up paying $30 for three people due to an error with Expedia. We have explained this to you but you insisted not to pay the correct amount. As an act of good will we honoured the price and offered the same services with the rest of the guests. Regarding the laundry please be advice that you cannot dry a bunch of clothes for $2 for half an hour that's why we even provided extra money to give you extra drying time. It is just frustrating that even after what we have offered extra blankets, hot water bottle and the accommodation was centrally heated you complained about the cold. This is a backpacker so we most likely expect that the kitchen will always be a bit messy when people start to cook at night. However, we appreciate your business and your feedback. Thanks,
