"Great location, close to beach and shops, plenty of space for everyone. Good to have the garage to use, neighborus are close but friendly. Odd set up with bathroom doors that back on to each other, so had to be careful to make sure one door closed before opening the other. Lovely lounge and windows that open up. Only issue would be that there were only three tumbler style glasses, otherwise all wine glasses and shot glasses. A few more would have been nice. No kitchen cloth supplied, tried...

"A bit disappointing. Not worth 569 for 2 nights. The bed was comfy & warm. the lights, hot water & gas cooker were great. Both phone & data do work there.The concept was orsom. Some improvements we think would help are ...... The access gate & driveway faces the wrong way. The bath/ shower mixer is broken. The doors have up to a 2" gap at the top. The fire's flue kept blowing off. The BBQ was filthy with no BBQ tools. Some old news papers to light the fire would help. More photos showing that...

"We spent one night at Nibble Nook after doing the Hobbiton tour but we wish we would have stayed longer. The farm is beautiful and the house was cozy and had everything we needed! Sandra was an awesome host and on top of all of the communication. Next time we make the trip to New Zealand, we are definitely going to come back for longer than one night! "

"Right around the corner from Waiteti Bay. Fly-fished at the stream inlet. Beautiful walk from the cottage to Rotorua Town Center. Clean and comfortable lodgings."
