This private upstairs apartment is designed to feel immediately welcoming, with sunlight filtering into the living area with skylights, and a simple, modern layout that creates a relaxing retreat. Your entrance is accessed through the shared laundry space, leading upstairs to a fully self-contained level that no other guests can access. The living area flows from the kitchenette to the bedroom, making the space easy to settle into whether you`re here to unwind or explore.

We have 4 security cameras around the outside of the property and 1 camera at the front door. All cameras face outwards and there are none inside the building. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). Great apartment for my husband to stay in while he worked in Taupo. Plenty of room for him to park his truck which was great. Great communication with host.
First impression, modern and very clean. However no windows in the tiny lounge which was disappointing, hence no view. Just one set of windows in the bedroom.

For what we paid I thought this was pretty average. No view. A long way away from town. The stairs are a pain and the kitchen is tiny and not user friendly. I always find not been able to have personal contact with the owner/property manager - also basic things like no coffee table or dining table or coffee plunger. It was not cheap but to be fair was similar in terms of size and what offered it was not too different from a good Top 10 cabin. Still comfortable but over priced
Very step stairs to get in to unit. Suggest not suitable for older or not fully fit people. No outdoor seating provided but beautiful spacious lawns. A well-kept and private property.
