The property was clean and had everything we needed for a short break. it was a short walk to Taupo shops and restaurants.

We had a great overnight stay, location very convenient to town restaurants and bars. The room was clean and spacious with great views to the lake and mountains.

Comfortable stay
Comfortable stay, good location about 7 min walk from town centre. They had a pool although we didn’t use it. The room was a good size, with air con.

This property felt like home! Living room, fully equipped kitchen two large bedrooms, etc. Close to Lake Taupo and walkable to beachfont restaurants. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived the lady at reception was nothing but extremely helpful and kind. The room was nice exactly as described. Would definitely return and recommend the room with a spa bath and lake views!

Check in was quick, the room was modern and warm. The bathroom was excellent. We particularly liked the choice of not having the accomodation serviced. A sweet lady did ask us, after our return if we needed fresh towels because she saw the "No Service' sign. However a big disappointment was that the WiFi was not working. This caused us considerable inconvenience as we were away from home for two days.

We were given the wrong room when we checked in and needed to be moved later on. Despite the management explaining the rule around no noise after 9pm there were several groups creating noise throughout the night even through until 3.40am in the morning. Not great.

HI Mike Thanks for you unfair review.Yes you were given the wrong room but after 24 phone call lots of txts and emails to try and get hold of you to let you know our mistake which you didn't get back to till 12am telling us how bad we were to move your things to the the right room.maybe it was you making the noise as you and your wife were very intoxicated when you got home and spoke to me ........??? Can you remember that Mike??After I said you could come in and talk to me in the morning as I knew i wasn't going to get anywhere with you that night because you were very drunk you never came and saw me as I believe you were very embarrassed about your behavior the night before??May be talk a look at your actions before you start to put someone business down.As people can see we have very good reviews and maybe your name is Karen and not Mike.
