"Air conditioning worked very well during heat wave. Stove, fridge, microwave very clean and worked well. Bathroom clean. Washer dryer combo worked without issue, bed very comfortable. Remote to TV nonfunctional but new one replaced it promptly."

"Wonderful stay. They have a separate parking area to drop your boat trailer. House is clean and nice location. Boat dock was nice and we left our boat docked the whole week. Abundant wildlife"

"Inside of home was clean but had a couple ceiling mold issues on second floor ceiling. Dishwasher had a slow leak when in use.We experienced a few thunder storms and one game room had a slight drip coming out of ceiling duct work.Outside lounging areas needed a good cleaning and upkeep. ( spiderwebs galore, outside furniture need a good cleaning or replacement. Decks were covered with old leaves and sticks, dock stairs and dock itself need board replacement which was done during our stay that we agreed with host to have replaced during our stay. Side yard with fire pit area and looked like new covered outdoor bar area was covered with washed out dirt and mud. Rear of home needed attention, thick moss on roofs, spiderwebs. Whole outside wooded area around house needed attention. On the bright side bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and lounging areas were very clean and accommodating. The only bedroom that we didn't use was the really low one on the second floor with the two single beds. I would move those two beds to the first floor room that has the air hockey game. Maybe put the air hockey game in the second floor open area with the other games. That's it!"
