"Absolutely incredible service! Special thank you to the lovely, attentive, caring manager who made the stay extraordinary. All staff are friendly and kind and the place is very chic! "
"Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations — from the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully maintained rooms and excellent service. The location was perfect, and every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality experience. We’ll definitely be back!

"Very friendly personal. But it needs reminder. When you ask them to prepare spa (sauna) do it not only beforehand but also 60 mins before, otherwise they turn it on just before your visit. Steam room didn't work. Shower in the spa area smelled. When you ask them to call a taxi/yandex for you, do it not only in advance but also 7mins in before you need to leave especially if you in a rush."
"The biggest hotel room / suite I ever stayed. Very well appointed and clean. Some cheap furnishings, but overall is very good. Breakfast to order, you can have it at the restaurant downstairs or they can bring it to your room. One way transfer to or from airport is included in price, but you need to contact hotel and requested it. Overall very good small boutique hotel in the center of the city. "
"Very clean hotel & room. Good location, walk to UzExpo Center. Staff speaks English and very helpful, especially getting taxi. Breakfast lots of fresh melons and fruits, and usual Uzbek foods and pastries.
One drawback is no elevator (only 3 floors - 1 below, 1 main floor, & 1 above."
"Great experience overall. Staff always ready to help, the Uzbekistan is one of those you could spend all day in the lobby and witness a chapters of a hipothetyc hotel sitcom."

10/10 Excellent
"It was family stay with kids, I will say Hotel was good, only all the extras is too expensive like food and drink's. "
"The hotel is very good. It's not in the downtown, but price/quality are unbeatable. Good and various breakfasts, the gym and a pool made my stay there very comfortable. I stayed there for 2 weeks! Highly recommended.
(The only thing i would advise changing is the work hours of the gym and the temperature there (26-26C is the t f for a stroke, not for a work out:-) )"
