The apartment is furnished with the typical wooden furniture of the mountain houses, it is perfect for families or groups of friends and is equipped with comforts including unlimited wi-fi, TV, DVD player. The private garden (and the barbecue) will allow you to relax in summer, while in winter you will be a few km from several ski resorts.
The apartment is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe.
-BEDROOM 2: bunk bed, wardrobe.
-LIVING ROOM / LIVING AREA: wooden dining table with benches, kitchen, TV, direct access to the garden.
- KITCHEN: hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils.
- BATHROOM: bathtub with hand shower, bidet, WC.
- GARDEN: equipped with outdoor table and chairs + mobile barbecue + umbrella + games for children.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: private parking (two parking spaces), unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal area is dotted with charming villages and unmissable naturalistic itineraries.

Thanks to its particular position close to the border, it is a crossroads of languages and cultures where Italy, Slovenia and Austria meet. The excellent cuisine includes Friulian, Carinthian and Slovenian specialties.

Tarvisio is also a destination for many pilgrims thanks to the suggestive Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lussari, a place where tradition tells that an apparition of the Madonna took place.

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
 - 23.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00;
 - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
