"Hotel itself and staff were wonderful! Room space wasn’t great and hotel was kinda far off from both of the main areas, so I don’t understand why it cost the same at other nicer and better locations. Not much shops near by, you need to walk at least 12-15 minutes to get somewhere. Also no mini fridge and no space for luggage."

"Nice hotel close to the centre with all the sights and restaurants. Room was clean. Whilst there was no restaurant it was close to a few nice cafes for breakfast. There was a vending machine selling crisps and chocolate however the most important item water was always empty."

"The best hotel we stayed so far within our 2-week travel in Europe. Helena is a gem in your hotel. Her help in directing our travels in Salzburg is exceptional. The daily transportation pass provided to us is really a big help and we were able to visit all the places we want to see. It is an excellent service from you! Breakfast is awesome! "Very modern hotel, a little far from the city center. The lobby and restaurant areas are a little dark for our taste but the breakfast is rich in options and delicious. The rooms could use more outlets for charging computers and iPhones. Overall, a nice experience."
