"Pousada linda, com café da manhã maravilhoso e com passeios de muito fácil acesso. Recomendo o barco do moisés que fica no cais a frente da pousada. Porém, ao chegarmos, a recepcionista que nos recebeu cobrou novamente o valor da reserva. Avisei que já estava pago, no entanto, a recepcionista agiu com muita prepotência dizendo que tinha certeza que não estava e que eu deveria provar que estava. Liguei para a hotéis.com e tudo foi resolvido, mas foi um transtorno desnecessário."

"Nossa estadia na Apple House Paraty foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Tudo superou nossas expectativas: instalações impecáveis, quartos confortáveis, áreas comuns lindíssimas e um café da manhã excelente. O spa merece um destaque especial. Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Sem dúvida, voltaremos e recomendaremos a Apple House a amigos e familiares!"
