"This is a beautiful apartment which is close to our son in Braunschweig. Very clean and quiet with everything that we needed. It is very close to the bakery and cafe, the pizzeria and the Edeka supermarket just across the road by the traffic lights is brilliant. Close to the main road and buses. We hope to go back again."

"Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in dem Haus in der Südheide. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es findet sich alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Betten großartig. "Pros: Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super freundlich,sie haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und uns bereits mit allen Infos vor dem Aufenthalt versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist groß und war super für die Kinder. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit unseren Kindern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "This apartment had everything we needed. When we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness and decor. It was bright and welcoming. We had room for everyone without feeling cramped. Bonus: there was a washer/dryer combo. Not many rentals had those available. Maik was quick to respond and the check in process was very smooth. We will definitely book this apartment again if we are in the area."

"On arrival, we had to wait at reception for the owner to check us in. He claimed the room hadn’t been paid for, but said he had our card details and would use those. The booking was paid through Expedia, but he hadn't taken the payment. I asked what time breakfast was, but he said I had to pay extra for it—despite the property being advertised with FREE BREAKFAST. Looking back at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one misled by false information. After checking in, we were told our room wasn’t actually there—we had to walk another 500 meters to a different building. There’s limited parking outside, but luckily we found a space. To access the room, you have to unlock the main door with a key safe and then find your room yourself. It’s completely unmanned sleeping accommodation. When we entered, the room was really dirty—dust and cobwebs everywhere. The sofabed was dirty, with cigarette burns and stains on the bedsheet. It was clear the beds had never been moved for cleaning. The kitchen had damaged appliances, and there was no bag in the bin. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the bathroom, when we took a shower, water ran everywhere except down the drain, flooding part of the bedroom. The floor panels were already damaged, so it clearly happened to guests before us. The view from the window was something else—the owner is using the back garden as a dumping site, with rubbish piling up everywhere. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of urine whenever "
