Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast.

Kjempefint og stor hotell. Fine rom. Rett ved grottene vi hadde tenkt å besøke. God mottakelse ved ankomst. Hotellet har sin egen parkering med kamera overvåking. Flere basseng. Buffen til middagen og frokosten hadde veldig stor utvalg, med masse god mat.

Játszóházak hotele :)

Meglepően jó állapotú a hotel, ahhoz képest amiket olvastam értékeléseket. így kellemes csalódás volt. A jacuzzis szoba különösen jó kis szoba és gyönyörű a mozaikcsempe. Az ételkínálat hatalmas. A gyermekklubok és szobák, játszóházak száma az több mint várakozáson felüli :) Nagyon rámentek a gyerekes családok fogadására, emiatt kifejezetten nem ajánlom a hotelt nászutas friss házaspároknak :) Kevés hotelek egyik Magyarországon, ahol télen is van fűtött kültéri medence. A szauna felöntésen a fiatal szaunamester srác nagyon trendi és menő volt, szerettem a szeánszait!

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

Das Speisenangebot hat sich deutlich verbessert. Ein vielfältiges und abwechslungsreiches Angebot und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Service war perfekt und alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich. Die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmergröße für zwei Personen ist ausreichend und genug Stauraum vorhanden. Unser Zimmer und das unserer Freunde ist renovierungsbedürftig (Badmöbel und Fußböden). Gerne waren wir im Bad und der Heilgrotte. Angebotene Wellnessangebote waren nicht in deutsch übersetzt. Für Raucher gab es nach einigen Tages ausgeschilderte Raucherinseln, leider nur mit voller Sonneneinstrahlung. Bei 30 Grad kein Vergnügen. Ein Pavillon oder Sonnenschirm wären in diesen Bereichen angebracht.

Altes Hotel mit gutem essen nettes Personal aber..

Sehr altes Hotel. Zimmer hatte am Anfang einen eigenartigen Geruch, aber trotzdem sauber. Personal sehr Nett. Essen sehr gut. Personal auch dort sehr schnell beim abräumen. Lange wartezeit an der Bar im Hotel. Das Personal tut was es kann. Vl mehr Kellner bereitstellen. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad schwangte sehr . Ein Tag kühl dann warm.... leider ist der Wellnessbereich sehr dreckig sehr viel Schimmel zu sehen... auch die Polster auf den Liegen schwarz voll schimmel. Die Fenster sehr schmutzig. Also das Hotel ist gut wenn man den Wellnessbereich weg lässt.

Pelion immer wieder.

Wir sind bereits das Fünfte mal im Pelion und wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen. Was uns besonders gefällt ist der freundliche Service . Das Essen ist top, sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Also der Letzte beim Essen hat auch noch das volle Angebot. Wo gibt es das schon. Was wir auch sehr gut finden , ist der Badebereich, tolles Wasser und immer sauber gehalten. Das Hotel an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da sollte mal was getan werden. Was wir bemängeln müssen ist die Sauberkeit der Teppichböden, diese sind sehr fleckig auf den Fluren und auch in den Zimmern. Die Zimmer wurden zwischendurch auch nicht gereinigt, Handtücher nicht getauscht.Aber dies hat letzt endlich unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Wir werden wieder hinfahren.

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Der große Pool war nicht befühlt, die Fliesen sind locker oder fehlen. Gärtner gibt es auch keinen der Rasen wurde schon lange nicht mehr gemäht, die Wege sind voll Unkraut. Die Zimmer sind aber sauber. Das Personal freundlich und das Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Åker gärna tillbaka igen!

Andra besök efter 3år, lika nöjda som då. Fantastiskt mat, trevlig miljö och omgivningen. Själva staden Topolca ingen höjdare men en trevlig park vid kvarnen med restauranger runt om. Gör en utflykt till Castle Sümeg, verkligen värt!!!

Thermenurlaub vom Feinsten

Vom Empfang an überzeugte die Freundlichkeit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Bett auch sehr gut. Büfett vielfältig, gut und hygienisch. Bedienung war auch superfreundlich Bedienung auch in der Lobby sehr nett. Auch die Theme sehr sauber Einfach rundherum ein schöner Urlaub! BESTENS WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Definitely a nice stay for Tapolca. There was plenty of food, it was not amazing, but there was a good selection. The hotel caters to a large number of guests. The spa, fitness, and lobby facilities were quite nice. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit stiff for me.

Kirándultunk és pihentünk volna .

Pihenni és kirándulni érkeztünk a Pelion Hotelbe . Nagyon jókat kirándultunk . A hotelben pihenni azonban csak 22 és 07 óra között volt lehetőségünk. Valószínüleg a mult századból itt maradt ,kattogó ,rendkívül kemény kerekű csomagszállító kocsikat , mikor a felettünk lévő emeleten ,valószínüleg böröndökkel megpakolva ,tolták dübörgése azt a benyomást keltette mintha bányászok megrakott csillét tolnának , legmélyebb álmunkból felriadtunk . A folyosón egymással kiabálva társalgó (kb 30 perc) takarítók lehangoló élmény volt . A leginkább zavaró azonban a szomszéd szobában tartózkodó hangos vendégek voltak . Este fél 10 - 10 óráig minden hangjukat tisztán hallottuk ,mintha a mi szobánkban lettek volna . A recepción (kétszer mondtam el problémámat) rendkívül udvariasan ,mosolyogva meghalgattak , azonban segítséget nem kaptam , a szomszéd szoba vendégei továbbra is erősen zavartak bennünket . A hotel tisztasága ,rendezettsége rendben volt . Külön köszönet a kitűnő ételekért ,a felszolgálók gyors udvarias munkájáért . Оздоровительный релакс в уединенном местечке

Все было прекрасно, особенно ресторан и спа! Уникальная пещера, целебные свойства пребывания в которой начали проявляться к концу второй недели пребывания и ощущаем до сих пор.

The property is well maintained; public areas clean and organized. Pool area regularly maintained and cleaned of any trash. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were plentiful and neatly arranged everyday. The only thing I would note is that the warmer outdoor pools need some attention; a few tiles missing and the tiles around the inside of the pool could use a cleaning; nothing terrible, just build up from the minerals in the water. Food was plentiful and there was a large selection of hot and cold foods, plenty to drink; juices, coffee, tea, water. I preferred breakfast, since I do not like to have a large meal after 5 PM, but both meal times were well done. Dishes were constantly being refilled and empty / used plates were promptly and courteously removed. The room was spacious and had a well stocked small refrigerator. There was plenty of closet space and quiet a lot of hangers. The beds were comfortable and the balcony table and chairs made it pleasant for reading. The hotel supplies bathrobes and beach towels which was great. This is a very child friendly hotel with plenty to keep kids entertained and small child friendly pools were also offered. All in all a pleasant and comfortable place.

Úžasný čtyřdenní relax

Bylo to úžasné a za ty peníze to rozhodně stalo. Jídlo bylo výtečné, ohromný výběr, vše chutnalo výborně. Pití k večeři se objednávalo a platilo zvlášť, ale číšníci nic nevnucovali. Bazény úžasné a dopoledne skoro prázdné. Dcerka při opousteni hotelu plakala, že chce ještě zůstat a museli jsme ji slíbit, že se někdy vratime
