The staff, service, and food were all excellent. The only thing I could make a comment on was the age of the room. The room itself was clean but not as up-to-date like other hotels. Overall our stay was great.

The hotel is good location. Near the city centre of Taoyuan. But, the room is not good quality. I can hear the noise or talking from next room.

A great place to stay.
The hotel room is very clean and this hotel is very close to downtown. A five-minute walk can bring you to the Arts and Culture Center. Yet there is no need to worry about traffic, noises. I also like the pool and fitness room.

Me and my wife were on our honeymoon and it was just wonderful staying at Fullon hotel. we had a great time. Special mention to the reception staff who were so helpful, cooperative, warm and nice to us. They helped us with all kinds of information, be it about the metro service, rail and bus services or be it about the restaurants, massage centres and so on. Had a lovely stay.

Overall, it's clean, pretty nice, and good if you're just having a layover. I really liked the SPA and hotspring upstairs. The desk person there was exceptional as well. However, the facility could use a good scrub to get rid of the mineral deposits. The hotel is not very accessible by public transit. So expect to take a taxi to and from the airport (approx. 400NT one way) and/or to the train station if you're headed into the city. If you want to see Taipei itself, get a hotel closer to the MRT or in the city itself.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Has very thin walls, I can hear next door taking a shower or even talking. Very close to the airport and is situated in a safe neighborhood.

Very helpful staff
My friend left his backpack in a taxi when we arrived the hotel from the airport. The hotel staff were so helpful to help us to call the airport and the taxi company to find the taxi driver. They are so kind and at the end we found taxi driver in half an hour. Thanks God and the front desk staff.

Lovely place
It is a very spacious and lovely hotel. The bathroom was amazing too. I loved that my room had a nice big bathtub and a seperate shower with a rain shower.

Don’t listen to the Orbitz website or on ur confirmation where is tells u there is no front desk to check in at. There is a great reception desk with wonderful staff. 24 hours a day.

Great hotel with great service, recommend to everyone. The only downfall is not close to the airport, about 20-25 minutes driving to the airport. Other than this, it's goog in everyway.

Great stay
The hot spring area on top of the hotel is amazing. The fruit in room is nice welcome. Front desk is very friendly. Local area is very convenience for shipping and night food.

Fullon is a no frills hotel in Taoyuan. It needs to improve its breakfast offering and broader aesthetic.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. All had been positive but for this time my room wasn't very soundproof and i could hear a lot of noises outside when people walked past or opened/closed the door. Aircond wasn't functioning too well too - sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.

The staff at this hotel were so kind to my wife and me. They made the experience there wonderful even though the facilities weren't spectacular. I was very impressed by our stay there.

Good hotel
The Fullon Taoyuan was unremarkable but perfectly adequate 4* hotel in Taoyuan City. It has a slightly dated feel but the rooms are well appointed and clean. Everything worked well and the staff were helpful with good English. It has an Asian style to its offering as opposed to some of the Western chain hotels but I was quite comfortable and would happily go back. The local area is clean and safe with a number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Good value for money.

Near to airport, area is friendly
Hotel is very near to Taoyuan Airport. Takes around 10-20 mins to reach and don't have to worry about traffic. Surround area is easy to find food and some shopping.

This is a good hotel for Taoyuan. There are not many dining options after 9:00PM. The OK quality restaurant in the hotel does not help.
