Rude staff, horrible internet and bad condition

I don't recommend this hotel as the staff is really rude, the rooms are in very bad conditions and they mention they have internet but it doesn't work at all.

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de suite

Bij aankomst bleek de standaard kamer geen balkon te hebben en de ramen keken met name uit op de parkeerruimte. Wij hebben ter plaatse omgeboekt naar een suite met balkon en prachtig uitzicht. Dat was zeker de meerprijs van 20 € waard. Verder een prachtig gelegen locatie die zijn naam Panorama eer aan doet.

Hôtel très bien situé,beaucoup de charme avec une

Nous avons passé une seule nuit ds cet hôtel mais le site était magique, l'ambiance très agréable, lieu authentique et un accueil personnalisé.Notre chambre avec balcon donnait sur les dunes de sable de Merzougga.

Camas muy incomodas y mucho calor

El hotel está bien, la comida muy buena, el servicio muy bueno. La pega fue la habitación: tenía 3 camas pequeñas, el somier era 'de obra' hecho con el mismo material que las paredes. El colchon era de lana o algo así, las almohadas super gordas hechas con trozos de espuma. No había aire acondicionado y pasamos mucho calor esa noche aún siendo el mes de octubre. La puerta que separaba la habitación del baño era una simple cortina. Había internet en los sitios comunes pero iba lento.

Le coucher du soleil depuis la chambre

Disponibilité, gentillesse tout est parfait dans la réception des voyageurs. Depuis la terrasse de la chambre on peut admirer le coucher de soleil sur les dunes (l'hôtel domine l'ensemble du site). Excellent repas servi dans un cadre très romantique. Nous conseillerons l'endroit à tous nos amis.
