"We enjoyed our stay. The superior room was big and clean with a patio viewing of the beautiful garden, building #5 first floor. We stayed for 2 nights. We noticed that having the room next to the entrance of our building make us aware of everybody entering or leaving. Otherwise, once the people were in their room, you cannot hear anything. There's a lot to do around in this little town so another night will have been working better. The pool wasn't available, the spa and the sauna were closing early, very early. We did enjoyed our stay to this beautiful property."

"El Pueblo Lodge is an older charming hotel/resort in Taos. It is well maintained, clean, and convenient to the Taos Plaza. The complimentary breakfast is extensive and well staffed by friendly helpful people. There is on site parking near the rooms. Two of the buildings are two floors but do not have elevators. However, the staff carried our luggage up to our room. If we get back to Taos, we will definitely stay at the El Pueblo. "

"1. No staff was on site for late check-in. 2. Front door did not close all the way. 3. Canopy bed had uncovered steel bars and blocked TV. 4. Window next to bed had plywood and duct tape cover. 5. Fireplace did not work. 6. Very noisy refrigerator. 7. Only one mirror in room. 8. No phone in room. 9. No microwave in room. 10. Out-dated TV with no movie channels. 11. No hair dryer in room. 12. Not adequate counter space in Bath. 13. Not enough towels or towel racks in Bath. 14. Required full payment up front. 15. Unreasonable cancellation policy. "
