"Was very surprised to show up here and have it look the way it does because it looks nothing like the photos online - there is no cute cabin or air streams, it’s just the motel. It’s in a pretty sketchy area with no where really to walk. The room itself is small but clean and good enough. The AC unit is super loud and turns on and off all night so didn’t get much sleep. Just think they should be more upfront with how the property actually looks."

For us, the expansive, peaceful views and particularly the bird feeders, which bring in all kinds of birds (and even a small marmot this trip), are a real joy to watch. One of the first things we do when we arrive is to buy birdseed and fill them up. (Highly recommend!)The bed is comfortable. The BBQ is fun, and making a fire in the kiva fireplace on a cold evening or morning is delightful. The place is well maintained, and not sterile like some places -- you feel like you're in someone's home and they care about it. We highly recommend."
