La struttura in foto appare molto diversa. Il bagno della nostra camera era indecente. Sotto il piatto della doccia uno schifo. Gli asciugamani messi come puliti con macchie.La colazione basica con prodotti del Lidl. Ruggine e strascuratezza ovunque. La nostra stanza era al piano inferiore senza uscite di sicurezza e senza ascensore. Odore permanente di stallatico. La posizione sarebbe anche favorevole ma andrebbe ristrutturato e per come si presenta la stanza costa esageratamente.

The breakfast was awful no cooked breakfast is available here just biscuits and hard bread. There are so many stairs to go up to the rooms there are no lifts at this hotel be aware for disabled people who may need a lift you will struggle.

Esperienza tutto sommato positivo. Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, poco distante ad un minimarket e isolabella. Giardino tenuto malissimo ed inutilizzabile per tutti e 7 i giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Colazione buona. Stanze non proprio come le foto, piccole ma con climatizzatore e TV. L'unica pecca, il bagno senza finestra. Samantha gentilissima e disponibile ☺️☺️☺️

Excellent staff

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. And all thanks to the excellent staff, especially Samantha. This is the cutest and most wonderful girl with whom I met in Sicily! She was always glad to help with any questions - to tell about Sicily, to print my ticket, and even on the last day, when we did not have time for the bus, she herself took us to the station! On such staff as Samantha keeps the entire hotel. In the hotel itself there are downsides associated with the reluctance of owners to invest money there - fix the shower, replace the shower cabin, improve the Wi-Fi. But even so, I recommend this hotel, because the main thing in Sicily is people like Samantha.
