The room is very spacious and very clean. The pool has a beautiful view with many well-known landmarks in Bangkok. The service was absolutely amazing. I only remember two names of the staff who helped me a lot during my stay: Mic and Nuch. The bellboy at the front was also very helpful and always smiling. Hua Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was delicious. The lobby is beautiful and has plenty of sofas to relax on. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there. Thanks again everyone for all your help and hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip.
I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me.
The staff was great and the service excellent. Great location with easy access to a shuttle boat, BTS (train) and Grab cars and taxis. I would stay again!

This is a Dry hotel. There is no alcohol available at all. Which is fine if they let you know before hand. Its not mentioned anywhere in the information about the hotel.
