Stay Hotel Waikiki was such a wonderful place to stay during our trip, and it truly made our experience in Hawaii even more special. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. We even found a sweet handwritten note along with macadamia white chocolate covered nuts waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch after a long trip. We arrived during a time when there was heavy rain and some storm damage around the island, and Carolyne, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and informed. Since it was our first time in Hawaii, she carefully explained everything to us, showed us maps, pointed out areas to avoid, and even recommended places we could still enjoy despite the weather. She took the time to write things down for us, which we really appreciated. Their kindness truly stood out. My husband is gluten free and could not have the cookies they offer, and since we had just arrived from the airport and had nothing to eat, Carolyne kindly got us potato chips so we could have something before going to sleep. That level of care meant so much to us. Even small details made a big difference. The hotel has a coffee and tea station with creamers and everything you need, which was especially helpful on rainy mornings when going out for coffee was not ideal. They also always had snacks and cookies available. Parking was initially full when we arrived, so we had to use a nearby garage.

A bit dated room but good location. Amenities are great and beach access was very close.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

The room was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed and the city view was beautiful.
