Windows did not fully close. There were no screens so bugs got into the room. The television rarely worked. There was no air conditioning in the bathroom. No blackout curtains just some to try to hide the heat, humidity and the fact that the windows didn’t work properly. The room was a good size, great walk in closet and location. Staff was amazing and super friendly.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

We enjoyed our stay at Luana Waikiki. The staff were all amazing and the room was very nice. The kitchen was a little light on appliances but otherwise everything was excellent.
