Snowtubing, waterpark and local mall outlets within a short drive away.

I loved the layout.It felt very comfortable and cozy.The bedrooms were very nice and good sizes.However,we all felt the mattresses were very uncomfortable. All in all,I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends.

The property itself was well decorated and extremely clean. We also found that the beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The terrace provides a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It was a lovely accommodation! The only issues were the tricky check in at the lift gate entrance to the resort, the confusing thermostats in each room and, the 41 steps that you had to descend and climb in order to access the property. All that needed to be given was a detailed description of how to access the property via the gate lift upon arrival and thank goodness we were able to get those instructions at the main office. As far as the thermostats. again explicit instructions are needed. The up and down arrows did not work in a lower bedroom and the temp was around 80 degrees. As far as the three sets of 41 steps before entry, it should be well noted for those who may have issues with movement. Besides that, these stairs are not lit at night which makes them all the more dangerous.

Family Ski Trip

House is clean and spacious for family of 5. Check in process was smooth, and great communication from the host. Kitchen is well stock, even has tea and coffee which we didn't know until we bought coffee from the local market. The house has several mini splits for heating and they worked very well.The walk to the slope is about 3-4 minutes, not bad on shoes, but a bit challenging on ski boots, but not terrible.

Perfect getaway for extended vacation, family time, and remote work

Property is exactly as pictured, modern, clean and cozy. Plenty of space for the four of us (and more to spare for larger groups). We cooked all meals throughout our extended stay in the well-designed kitchen, stocked with the core basics you would need. The lack of a lot of snow didn’t bother us as the property was so pleasant to spend time in! Host was excellent to communicate with, very responsive to any questions. The property access is, as described, down a few flights of stairs from the parking lot, but we managed it fine even with luggage and occasional snowfall. We took advantage of the walking trail above the parking lot daily, which made for nice fresh air breaks. In addition to Camelback Mountain/Resort, the property is conveniently located to a large shopping outlet, supermarkets and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property has been upgraded nicely. My family loved the space. Clean, spacious, great appliances and amenities needed to feel like home away from home.Host is very responsive and helpful if/when needed and super accommodating. Keep in mind that the property is down some steps. In addition, with the position of the property being high up (great view), it is not recommended to walk, so driving even a short distance is pretty much required. Indoor pool was nice. Hot tub is definitely hot; however, sauna was just okay. All in all, amazing experience and great stay!!

Everything shown was as pictured. Beautiful views and nice location. We used this as a Fall trip and not skiing. Was spacious enough and the neighborhood was quiet. Not very crowded from what we could tell. Beds were comfortable. Worked great for 3 couples getting away. Host was very responsive to messages. We would stay here again.

August trip

Place was a great place to chill for the week with the family. The only thing i can say that was negative is the fact that you have to walk down about 40 steps down a stone stairway. Its fine until you have to go up and down 100 times and then having to lug UP the stairs the luggage and things when you leave . That is the only thing that in my opinion is a drawback. Place was clean , stocked and comfortable .

Everything was perfect, we’d stay here again. The house was clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Check in and obtaining parking passes was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and informative with helpful suggestions on local places to eat. Security was on site, also friendly and helpful. The recreational center supplied balls and rackets for tennis, pickleball, ping pong and basketball. You do need to supply your own towels for the pool. This was a Christmas gift to our adult children with tickets to Camelback Mountain for their springtime excursions. We all had the best time, and look forward to coming back.
