Three TVs fill the home - a 60" screen anchors the main living room, a 36" screen sits in the main-floor bedroom, and a 55" screen brings the game room to life downstairs. The basement game room features a full pool table and ping pong table - kids' laughter (and adult trash talk) echoes easily down here. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late-night tournament, you have everything you need without leaving the house.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking - coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a complete lineup of pots, pans, and baking dishes. You'll find a roasting pan, baking sheets, cutting boards, and all the utensils to pull off a full holiday-style meal if you want. Flatware, dishes, mugs, and glasses are stocked per guest so nothing feels crowded. The fridge has a working ice maker and water dispenser, and grilling tools are ready to go for meals out on the deck.

Three TVs are set up across the home - 60" in the living room, 55" in the basement game room, and 36" in the main-floor bedroom. WiFi equipment is located in the main living room under the TV. Streaming-ready setup lets you pick up where you left off.

Community Amenities



House Juniper sits within a quiet resort community. The community pool located at the HOA building is available during the summer months. Community tennis courts are also located here. A community trash compactor is located on Camelback Drive - right across the street from the HOA building.



Guest Access:

House Juniper has a paved parking area with room for 2 cars. Please note the roads are steep and narrow, and 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended in winter months when the Poconos sees snow and ice. The home has multiple levels connected by stairs: 18 stairs to the main entrance, 14 stairs to the upper floor, and 13 stairs to the basement. Self check-in makes arrival smooth and flexible. Your host is available throughout your stay for any questions.



The Neighborhood:

Tannersville puts you right in the sweet spot of the Poconos - ski trails, waterparks, outlet shopping, and scenic outdoor escapes are all within a short drive of House Juniper.

- Not pet-friendly - no animals permitted

- No smoking on the property

- Quiet resort neighborhood - please respect community hours and rules

- No RV or trailer parking allowed

- Community dumpster and overflow parking located at the trash compactor on Camelback Drive

- CO detector present in the fireplace room - working and in place

- Smoke detectors in every bedroom

- Fire extinguisher in the kitchen



HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.



Just a quick note about the community pool during your stay.

The pool is located at the HOA building at 115 Quail Lane, Tannersville, PA 18372. Simply check in with the pool attendant upon arrival and they'll get you set up!

A few things to keep in mind:



Only registered guests may use the pool. No additional guests will be permitted.

The pool is only available from June 12 through September 7, 2026. No access outside of these dates.

Pool Season: June 12 through August 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Final Week: August 30 through September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pool access is not available on your check-out day.



All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.

The Community shared pool is accessible to guests.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
