"We stayed only for 1 night but we loved it, everyone is kind and very helpful if we were to visit Tanna again we would stay here longer, John is lovely and everyone maintaining the bungalow does their best to help you to enjoy your stay. It has everything you would need in a place. If you book ahead of time contact them for any tours they may have, they're honestly very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was complimentary and was delicious. Thank you for everything!"

"We loved our two-night stay at Glowing Mountain Tree House. It was such an authentic experience and felt like a real adventure! Philip was incredibly helpful and organised everything for us, from airport transfers to visits to the hot springs and Mount Yasur volcano. The tree house is within walking distance of the entrance to the volcano, which meant we were able to visit twice—an amazing bonus, especially as the weather was much better on our second visit. "Mike, his wife and 2 daughters were excellent. However the place was affected by nature and there is no electricity, no wifi, no hot water. As other guests have said before, it is a long way from Lenakel, 1.5 hours driving on the dirt road which can be difficult after rain. So I won't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights mainly to see the volcano+- the Iatapu traditional dance."

"i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows."

"We had a lovely stay at Evergreen. The staff were very helpful and the landscaping was unique and beautiful. The dining area, overlooking the grounds and ocean, was a lovely place to relax and play cards with the family. The trio of cheeky kittens were an absolute highlight and doted on by every tourist."
