　朝、近くの海を散歩しましたが、とても気分が良く、素晴らしいと思いました。 　建物も新しいわけではないし、取り立てて立派な宿泊施設という訳では無いですが、掃除は行き届いていると思います。屋上の屋根が着いた所は、宿泊者が自由に使えるので、一人ビールを飲んで、ゆっくり出来ました。 　スタッフは、とても気を使ってくださり、なんだか、帰りは、名残惜しく思いました。

Fantastic place to stay and watch sun set.

A good place to stay if you are not looking for luxury accommodation, really good value for money. The in-house restaurant provides good Indonesian foods with plenty of choices. It is near to the ferry terminal and it provides free taxi service to the hotel. Added benefit is the hotel is facing west which makes it a fantastic place for watching sun set at its rooftop.

Hotel room was quite clean with the basic amenities i.e bottled water & towel. Staff was really helpful & friendly! Had a shuttled ride to the ferry terminal, also helped us to get a driver for the day to bring us to the places we wanted to visit, the driver spoke English as well. Breakfast was simple but nice too, overall an affordable hotel with pleasant environment :-)

Good for a transit stay.

Good location. Overall is good for a night stay, breakfast is simple but nice, worth for the money paid. One thing need to improved is that the aircon is leaking with water dropping the whole night, too tired and only realize it the next day morning.

Very good hotel in Tanjung Pinang

It's a three star hotel at an incredible low price. So when rating one has to consider the whole package - you can't expect one star prices and five star service. Staff is really friendly and helpful and genuinely tries to please. Breakfast is yummy asian style cooked food with a small number of dishes to pick from. The dishes change from day to day. There is a free shuttle to the ferry terminal. Shower doesn't have a shower traxy but floods the bathroom (which is quite common in Asia). Rooms are pleasant and have all necessities: bottles water, a/c, TV, private bathroom, desk etc. The only thing you might miss could be a small fridge to cool your drinks. There is a nice rooftop bar / sitting area which sadly is a bit under-utilised as you would find yourself on your own. Overall a very positive impression of a value for money hotel.

We are a multi citizen travelling in a group of 8, My sister from Malaysia, My aunt from Singapore,Australia and New Zealand love love the deluxe room.The future is bright for Hotel Panorama.Things to improve on are aircon and toilet water pressure needs servicing.Keep up your friendly heart warming service. However i notice the rush on Restaurants side.Long waiting time.Dear staff, Please support your fellow colleagues! On a low peak period invest on more training,so as to avoid breakdowns on peak period. It will improve your service,trust me!Work hard people!
