Excellent location and great price but incredibly dated hotel. The rooms were fine but definitely falling apart a bit. Wallpaper was peeling, windows were very dirty, paint chipped and scuffed everywhere, and the carpet felt very old. Staff were friendly but this hotel desperately needs to be renovated.

The beds were very comfortable we slept so well for being away from home. The room was clean everything great only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because there was this odd water smell in the carpet. Or room like it had an old dried up leak. But Id definitely stay again! Staff was also kind.

Surprised find in Batam
Unexpected stay. Very clean, modern , new. Price was reasonable. Felt safe. Although my room faces the entrance and street light, the windows were quite sound proof.
