Everything was ok and Plateau Lodge is one of the best we have stayed for our hiking trips. The only little problem is just photo displayed when I booked. It shows a nice outdoor bath tub, so I expected the room I booked looks like this. However, that is indeed for another room type.

The continental breakfast of an assortment of cereal, toast and spreads, fruit, yoghurt and drinks was amazing.

The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. I'm very glad I stayed here.

Scott the host was extremely welcoming and showed us around the property. He made great suggestions for places to visit in the area and to dine out and left us with a detailed map. The room was very cosy and we enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we loved the sounds of the river next to the room. Would highly recommend.

It looks like the place has been going thru renovations. The room has new kitchen and floor, may be carpet too. It is about 15-20 min. to the NP visitor center and many thrailheads and has restaurants and supermarket nearby. Since the room has full pane glass as wall and access door along the corridor ( much like patio door ) which allows full view of the mountains and also tenants walking on the corridor. For privacy, you need to close the curtain.
