this fat was shockingly untidy and not clean. i would say that VRBO should be more careful with the advertising and avoid photo shop pictures online. flat's address is not what it shows on the page and the building is under construction with over 10 men standing at the door i did send pictures of the flat to the complain team to be reviewed i had to make few phone calls to explain my situation . the host Mr Hamza was helpful and he offered me few other flats which i had to accept one which fairly talking the one i chose was nice and clean. VRBO was excellent and supper helpful i am very happy with their service

Terrible start to our holidays. Booked an apartment here through Expedia/Vrbo… nothing like the pictures, the AC only in the living room while the rest of the apartment and the bedrooms were boiling hot. Complained to the host who spoke little English and extremely hard to get hold of, and said that the listing says AC only in the living room (that’s wrong, the listing described the apartment as ‘air conditioned’)… also no key box at the door, everything was very old/dated and in poor state of hygiene to name a few issues with this place. we had to walk out in the end and now going through Expedia and trading standards in the UK for mid-selling to get a refund. Not what you want on a holiday. For the money they charge you rather stay in one of nice hotels across the road!

Empfehlenswert!
