"Our stay at Kasbah House was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Abdulrahman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His kindness, hospitality, and genuine care made our experience truly special. He was always available to help with anything we needed and made us feel right at home, we could definitely also say the same from Nawfal on the night shift.
The breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. The room was impeccable—spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
If you’re looking for a place with outstanding hospitality, excellent food, and immaculate accommodations, I can’t recommend Kasbah House enough. Thank you, Abdulrahman and Nawfal, for making our time in Tangier so memorable. We would happily stay here again!"
"Great hotel. Very warm yet professional staff. Located right next to where the Al Boraq train arrives/departs. Recommend visiting the pool and open air bar to look over the beautiful view out of Tangier on the almost top level."
"Great hotel, prime location within Tangier, close to the beach and the main train station with connection by bullet train to major cities. Would have been greater if they had a pool"
"The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous. Rooms were clean and I recommend having the sea view with balcony.
Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. Hard to enjoy your vacation when you are stuck in traffic for an hour to drive a couple of miles."
"The room had not been prepared for our children - we had to repeatedly ask to have the sofa bed done. The shower is only a trickle and sometimes completely goes off. The staff was very friendly and the hotels garden restaurant in the pool area was excellent with very friendly waiters . The pool was lovely and staff was friendly and helpful even when it was very busy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food. The main disappointment was that the room really
Needed a proper refurb. The shower / bath were rusty and toilet paper holder fell off when I moved the toilet paper. Carpet coming off at the stairs etc. However, the hotel felt very safe and was fine for a short stay."
"I had an excellent check in experience thanks to MJ at the front desk. MJ was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The check in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at 11:00 AM, which made a big difference to our stay.
MJ’s friendly attitude, efficiency, and outstanding customer service set a great first impression. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would gladly stay here again."
