"Everything was in great condition and Max gave me a warm welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay went beautifully. Thank you Max again😊 Breakfast was really nice. I loved my waffle shaped as the state of Texas. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything smelling fresh. With construction workers there they did an amazing 朗 job as well. Extra dirt from boots was taken care of in no time. You all are amazing. I would suggest this to anyone 👏👏👏❤️"

"Great stay , great communication from host , incredible Texas hospitality . My family and I had an amazing time. The only possible thing that could have made the stay better was if our dog was able to be outside with us all the time, they have beautiful sweet doggie on the property but our dog is just skittish and kept getting intimidated so he was not able to enjoy the outdoors with us. 10/10 would stay here again and leave the pup at home. You won’t be disappointed with this sweet sweet Texas property. "

"We were greeted by Paula and Ricky when we arrived and they were very hospitable and kind! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The house is very clean and comfy. The property is gated and very secure. We loved the decor, the view of the pond, and all of the farm animals. We were able to cook burgers on the grill and really enjoy time together as a family for our annual trip to Fort Worth. It was so nice getting away from the city and taking in some great nature and peacefulness. There is plenty of room and we did not feel like we were right on top of each other. We will most definitely be booking this property again, and can’t wait for next time! The only thing we didn’t like about our visit was having to pack up and go home."
