"The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations .
It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after . The facilities were excellent and the staff in the pool bar and restaurant were all so pleasant and friendly. João in the bar was an absolutely fantastic guy who was always there with a smile and had a great sense of humour .
The rooms, although basic , had perhaps the best showers we’ve used in our total time in Brazil . The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.
