"Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent."

"I have stayed in taal vista several times in the past this was the 1st time I was placed in a room that was so old and dingy. The towel holder even fell on my husbands head. For a ~10k per night it wasnt worth it. I will think more than twice before I book the hotel again in the future. i used to like the place."

Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The restaurants added convenience to your stay! Glad that there’s a resort like this in San Pablo City! We will definitely come back! "
