"When arriving we were not allowed to check in early. My wife asked about the shampoo and conditioner and they said “they don’t fill them anymore” and gave 3 tiny bottles to us and soap bar. The shower head holder was broken hot both my wife and me in the head. They said they would fix it but never did. When we went out we put the clean room sign out when we got back nothing was done. The blankets had I don’t even want to think about crust on it. The only few things that were nice were the views, the few staff members that actually helped and the bar tender was great."

"We ended up leaving after one night. The sheets were stained and the room was not what was pictured in the photos. The walls were paperthin, we could hear everything loud and clear in the room next to us. The ceiling tiles were falling. There was only one chair available at the table. The room felt like a hospital room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Just wish the property was in better order."
