The room was very comfortable and clean. The terrace enjoyed lovely vistas,however a couple of outdoor chairs would have allowed further use of the area. Breakfast had an excellent array of options .

I stayed there for three nights. On the first day, there was no shampoo and bathing gel in the bathroom; I called the housekeeper. On the second day, when I returned from my tour in the afternoon, I saw my bed was packed neatly but all my towels and floor cloth was gathered in a pile at the entrance of the bathroom. I called the housekeeper as I need to bathe…. I don’t understand why but the staff are helpful to replace the items quite promptly.

Modern hotel with spacious comfortable rooms but lacked atmosphere. Spacious balcony with nice views but oddly no furniture to allow it to be enjoyed properly. Gym was on small side but okay and outdoor pool unheated. Breakfast had reasonable choice for all although seemed less focused on Western tastes. Restaurant seemed to be completely empty apart from morning breakfast service. Ample free parking and ideally located for exploring Cameron Highlands so okay for couple of nights stopover

The best hotel for this area

Excellent hotel. There seems to be a debate whether it's a 5 star hotel or a 3.5 star hotel, but I think 3.5 stars is a good compromise. And it's the best one in this category. Might be pricier compated to other nearby hotels, but it's far higher quality and in a very convenient location. It has a great breakfast that our room came with mixing Western and local cuisines. The room is spacious and has a great balcony and great bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room generally good but surprised no hair dryer. View is great, unfortunately Cameron highlands has too much construction going on. Front desk personnel polite. Thank you. Restaurant staff will require more training for a 5 star hotel. Not attentive : -waiter does not stay in the big dinning area so hard to get some service - only serve dishes. No initiative to get extra plate / bowl when was obviously sharing - pizza served with no chilli flakes and tobasco sauce. In fact, has not heard of tobasco sauce. - Disappeared fast after food served.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel was in a great location. Definitely recommend Jasmine Cafe down the driveway of the hotel for an excellent meal. The breakfast buffet, not so much. Good selection but the food was average. Advertised to open at 6am but didn’t open until 6:30am. Staff were wanting to be helpful but moved very slowly. There was a gym and pool which we didn’t use. The sauna was great.

The hotel is situated in an amazing location with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It's clean and well maintained. The decor feels slightly dated but that doesn't distract from it's beauty. The breakfast had plenty of different options and the gym although basic was a nice feature.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed Hotel seems it's more suited for large events like weddings and doesn't have any of the cozy inviting charm of smaller hotels. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. On site dining is limited given the price per night and size of the hotel. Restaurant also looks like it's good for catering large events.
