"Massive rooms and car parks, quiet and with a sliding door to outside at the back and a table and chairs was a very nice stay. Would definately re book another time."

"Room not cleaned properly - dirty cups/mugs, dirty napkins in bedside draws. Room was cold due to gaps in windows and doors frames. Bed and pillows unsatisfactory and not maintained to a reasonable standard. Facilities fire alarm went off at 6am - no communication from staff regarding reasons for alarm or apologies. For $500 per night it was very disappointing and will not be returning."

"when I came to check in to the motel, the office was closed. It was only 2:30 pm in the afternoon. There was a couple of people waiting. We waited for about 20 minutes. Odd when I got into my room I wanted to have a shower. The showerhead kept falling down against the wall. I went and talked to the lady. She said she had nobody available to help with that because the guy was in Melbourne. I felt for her because she couldn’t do anything about it eventually I decided to move rooms but when I found out that they were fully booked she was just gonna give my room to another person. I asked to cancel the booking and leave but she couldn’t do that either. Not a great stay"

"There was only ove very soft pillow as not comfortable then had to call the staff to bring more pillows. The point is no lifts for old age or disabilities to get upstairs on the 1st level. No bathrooms in bedrooms as have to go along the hallway also same with kitchen with fridge or microwave oven, kettles."
