Huone oli siisti ja aamupala hyvä. Hotellissa ei ole omaa salia ja pääsymaksu ulkopuoliselle salille on kohtuuttoman suuri. Osalle hotellin asiakkaista oli tiedotettu että hotellissa olisi lämpimän veden käyttökatko ja osalle ei. Pesu mahdollisuus tarjottiin toiseen hotelliin ja mitään alennusta esim hintaan ei saanut. Tämän vuoksi koin palvelun, hotellin tason ja yleiskuvan huonoksi.
