"The location is great, the room worked well for us, but the service is lacking. No housekeeping service in 5 days. When I requested sheets, I had to go get them. When I requested soap and clean towels, I had to go get them, too. Again, good place but the first place Ive ever stayed that had no service."

"One of the elevators requires a key, one doesn't. Also they wouldn't let us have a late check out. Parking is expensive and should be free, plenty of space"
