"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "

"The house was fantastic - perfect location, private and stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were able to check in a few hours earlier than planned which really helped start the vacation off right.A great place to stay especially with kids and 100x better than staying at a hotel "

"We would absolutely stay over and over again! This house was exactly as listed. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Very clean! Beautiful neighborhood and when I needed to get a hold of the owner he responded right away. My family LOVED this house! & We were actually sad to leave. We frequently visit the Tampa area and plan to rent this home for future visits! You will 100% Enjoy your stay in this home! "

"Was traveling for a wedding and myself and some family member stayed at the property and it was beautiful! The outside pool area was our favorite place to be! Communication with the host was amazing and he was fast to respond if I needed anything! I had a perfume explode in my suitcase and the host encouraged me to use the washer and dryer and was super friendly. Will say the only complaint I had was that when we arrived it did seem like the cleaning inbetween guests was rushed & some dirty dishes were left in the sink and that some of the sliding doors weren’t able to fully close but it didn’t interfere with our stay! Definitely would come back recommended to people traveling the area. "
