Welcome to Nassau Green! This clean & comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath mid-century charmer is in a well established neighborhood where you can expect to be greeted like an old family friend. The home is well appointed with everything to make your stay an exceptional one. This includes a stocked kitchen, fast Spectrum wifi, a queen bed in bedroom one, two twin beds in bedroom 2 (can be converted to a King), plenty of closet and dresser storage, washer/dryer, fenced backyard & deck and covered carport.

Location, location, location. Nassau Green is half a mile to Midtown Tampa, 2 miles to downtown Tampa's Riverwalk, 2 miles to Raymond James Stadium and 2.5 miles to Amalie Arena. Downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Historic Ybor City and major interstates are all just a few miles away. Some of the best beaches in the country are about 30 -45 minutes. Walk a block and half to enjoy a cafe con leche and warm cuban bread at the famous Alessi Bakery. Vila Brothers Park and the Glazer JCC are both within blocks.

Great Stay

We were in Tampa for a few days to see some colleges. Tampa is very drivable and the house seemed pretty central to all of our destinations. Great communication with the host, who promptly answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to meet our needs. House was clean with easy instructions for check-in and check-out. Beds were comfortable. Great stay!

Cute Place

This place was so cute and cozy. Right by Hyde Park in Tampa (soo many good restaurants there-you have to eat at Meat Market)! Mike was amazing. He knew I was traveling with two kids (13 and 11) and even left them a little ice cream treat in the freezer. The house had everything you would need for your trip. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back!
