Perfect for a short stay!!

We needed a night before we got on a cruise ship out of Tampa! Was super clean and quiet there. We were able to walk to TNT Burger to get dinner without having to uber somewhere else. Got the check in code before we arrived and directions to our unit were perfect. The room was very comfortable and felt we had enough space for the 2 of us!

The property was well maintained, clean. My son loved the pool and I love the privacy of the unit we had (unit 2). The only thing I can say is I thought we would be in walking distance of eateries and we were not but that was due to lack of my research, not lack of property communication. Overall would stay here again with rental car!

Generally we liked the studio apartment. The screened pool area was really nice. The king size bed was comfortable. It was a bit dark so we needed lights on all the time and the kitchenette in particular could use some more light. Sime tea owels, hand towels and some shelves in the kitchen would be appreciated.

Very nice little efficiency

We needed to get down to st.Pete beach as our vacation home was severely impacted by the last hurricane. As all areas surrounding the bay were affected, our property was super clean and very easy to access. Understandably, our host was working round the clock to clean the property and make sure it was good for us.

The property is great for a few days stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need, the free bottle of wine is a nice touch. Somebody mentioned in a review I read that the apartment is rather dark inside and that is certainly true for the apartment we stayed at, there is no window. But there is a nice area outside around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and hang out in privacy. The pool itself is a little bit on the cold side for my taste….Odin is a very nice host who cares about his guests and I would definitely come back here for a couple of days.

Small clean studio

I booked this place for a few days but only stayed on the property maybe 2 days. I did some traveling. Pros: Clean, quiet, community pool-i didn't use the pool, quiet. A/C and internet worked fine. Cons: Bathroom is really small but it worked fine for me. Unknown: I didn't check to see if there were any cooking supplies. I would do a short stay here (a day or two).

The positive things: the apartment is clean, everything works, nice pool, bottle of wine provided, not far from shops The negative: the apartment is tiny. 4 tiny apartments out of a house. Amazed how everything can fit in. The bed takes most of the space. Barely have enough floor space for 2 luggages (1 carry-on). Being in the back of the house made me would make me feel uncomfortable/safe if i was to travel by myself (i was not). In all, it worked for the 2 nights that we needed, but i wouldn’t come back.

Upon arriving I had a problem with entering my room, since I never got the key code, only internet password. It took me a 45 minute phone call to Vrbo to get the code, and of course I was tired. But as soon as I could enter I loved the place. I had room no 2 facing the pool, a bottle of wine was waiting for me, and sitting there outside my room took away all my problems. The room had all I need, a small kitchen and bathroom, even coffee and sugar, what was good, because I was only equipped with Keurig capsules, and a place form y computer to work. I would always come back. I am a writer of trail guides for bicyclists, I was there to explore the biketrails in the area. Unfortunately they were a bit far, but I could not find anything closer, so I can still recommend this to bicyclists. If you ever come here go to the Riverwalk Trail along the river, just beautiful. And if you want the peace and quiet, go to the Flatwood Park Trail. The property is located in the middle of this two trails. And I could safely store my bike near the pool.

This place is no redeeming qualities, certainly not handicap accessible, the entrance is a narrow alley and pool uneven pathway, the room has a old a/c window unit the windows opened to a brick wall, you had to step up to the bathroom and it was so small you could barely turn around, Tv did not work kitchen area had a rusted hot plate and the bed was hard as as rock, and the neighnorhood had bars on the windows and parking was very very tight

This unit has roaches. I found a very large one in the bathroom. The units/houses in the surrounding area also played loud music at night. The unit looked exactly like what was offered, but I was disappointed with the actual experience.
