The Pink House! Gorgeous 3BR historic Ybor PETS OK

Welcome to our newly renovated, historic Ybor bungalow; featuring West Elm & Pottery Barn furniture! We love the outdoors, and we wanted to bring the outdoors, inside; bright whites, lush pops of greens, and live plants throughout. We are one block from the famed JC Newman cigar factory, a ten minute walk to 7th ave nightlife, and a five minute drive to downtown Tampa. You can't ask for a better location! Working from 'home'...? We have super fast internet throughout the house!

Cute and convenient

Perfect for our overnight stay before our cruise. Only 10 minutes from the ports (ship and air).

Caution

The description of the inside of the house was accurate but I would be cautious about staying here again. The area does not seem like a safe place to stay. The backyard fence and table were falling apart. When we arrived there were police outside the neighborhood. About 1hour into our stay 2 adults were physically fighting in the side yard of the property. Later that evening the police were back in the neighborhood and neighbors were getting sexually intimate outside as we drove by in our uber. When I reached out to the owner about the fighting I received no response. All in all nothing happened to us, the inside was a described and is a cute little house but I would be cautious about staying in this location again.
