House is very nice with a lot of space for a family. Host always got back quickly and answered all of our questions. The kids loved the arcade games and Foosball table. Loved having the yard for the dogs. Close to Apollo Beach and not far from Tampa.

Disappointing stay despite a nice-looking home

The house looks nice and is in a good location, but that’s where the positives end. It was shockingly under-furnished—we had to use patio furniture just to have enough seating for four people. Essentials like washcloths, hand towels, paper towels, and dinner plates were completely missing. The owner told us to buy our own and they'd reimburse us, which is unacceptable at this price point. Cleanliness was subpar, with mildew in the shower and a strong urine smell in the master bath. This place is not guest-ready and definitely not worth the hassle.
