The Great Escape 3BR 2B Entire house

A 20 min drive from the Tampa international airport this is our quaint newly renovated vacation home, in South Tampa. A 20 minute drive from Tropicana Fields and the Amalie Arena, in addition to the Tampa Zoo and aquarium. Honestly it’s a great location to get to almost anything fun in the Tampa area! And if you want to just stay in we set up a backyard oasis with a pool/hot tub spa combo surrounded by a cozy shaded relaxing patio. Paradise is right around the corner in our Great Escape!
***As out guest, we believe in transparency and your right to privacy. We must disclose our surveillance system does secure the perimeter of the property. Every vantage point has a camera, strictly for security reasons, we always disable the back camera during our guests stay***

Beautiful home that is well taken care of. The owners have done a great job of making the place a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze, even accommodating us for a last minute extra night. The location is super convenient for city exploration. Can't wait for our next stay there!

Amazing First Time Visit to Tampa

We totally enjoyed our time at this property. The location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit, or we could just stay in and enjoy the backyard Oasis. The decor and furnishings were lovely and well thought out and everything was nice and clean.

Beautiful home in South Tampa

We have been staying in rental properties in FL for several years. This place is the nicest by far! The host is super responsive, the place is very clean and they make sure you have everything you need for the beach, cooking and relaxing.

What an amazing stay. From beginning to end we kept finding extra little touches. The pictures and description do not do this treasure justice. I’ve had the privilege of staying at quite a few vrbos and this was hands down one of the best places ever. THANK YOU for being amazing hosts who really care about the experience for your guests. Best sleep away home EVER!

Everything was perfect! Fast communication, great location, easy check in, very clean! We would definitely stay here again. We got the City Pass for Tampa and went to Bush Gardens, Tampa Zoo (from the Animal Planet series: Secrets of the Zoo) and the Florida Aquarium in downtown Tampa. All attractions 25 minutes or less. Wonderful bed and pillows! I always look for reviews that include bedding and this one knocked it out of the park!

Perfect with all the needs for our stay!

Perfect size for our family of 5 for a quick trip to Tampa. Quick drive from the airport. Had everything we needed for a day trip to Clearwater Beach. Stocked Keurig k-cups were a huge bonus since we arrived late and couldn't make it to the grocery store. The house had everything we needed and was very clean, organized, and stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet. Would highly recommend!

Wow! All we know is that this property has set the bar very high for any future rentals by us! EVERYTHING you could possibly think of was supplied for our stay (and we VRBO a lot). Having lived in TPA for 6 years, we were thrilled to be near Hula Bay and picnic park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome house!

This place had everything you can think of! We loved the hot tub and the back patio. The layout of the house is perfect. The only improvement I would suggest is maybe a Murphy bed, futon, or inflatable sofa bed in the office instead of the small foldout bed that’s there. But other than that, this is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in.

From the very 1st communication with the property owners I was very pleased with our choice. They were freindly and helpful. Great property to stay at!!! Well maintained and very clean. Check in process and check out instructions very easy to follow. Great and easy communication with both owners and property manager. In communication with owners, they respond in a very timely fashion which is appreciated when you are not from the area and have questions. The rooms were well maintained and felt like “home”. Various amenities available in case you may forget something during your stay. Backyard hot tub was wonderful and very inviting after a long day! The small details that the owners/property manager put into the property is noticed and very much appreciated. Property is nearby restaurants, super Walmart, and supermarkets but car is necessary to get to it easily. Thank you for making our stay welcoming, comfortable and home away from home. 100 percent we would stay again!

Perfect Location

The home was just as advertised, spotless and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go! It was perfect for our family of five. Clearwater beach was about a 45 minute ride with traffic. The access to beach toys and chairs was a plus. Beautiful screened in patio with hot tub. The public pool being 5 mins away was a plus as well. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Tampa again.

The Great Escape was everything we were looking for!

This cute little house was so adorable, decorated so pretty. It was clean & cozy plus excellent location to all fun things in Tampa and the surrounding areas. Tampa zoo, Florida aquarium, Busch Gardens. Legoland was a little over an hour away. which wasn’t bad at all. Clearwater beach within 40 minutes….we couldn’t have been more pleased with choosing this property. Super quiet neighborhood. Beds were cozy. Owners and host is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great vacation!

The best yet

My wife and I have used rentals from various platforms for years. A few have stood above the rest. Our stay here at Michael and Paige's beautiful bungalow lands at the top!Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, beautiful decorating, everything you would want – including things that you might have forgotten to pack.What a joy to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks in the screened back porch. Connect your phone to the speakers and soak in the hot tub. Wonderful!The beds were comfortable, having a washer and dryer was great! If you are going to Tampa for any reason, I would highly, highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Rental

We were there for a month and it is a clean,well equipped and furnished house that made you feel like you were home. Furniture is very comfortable. The property managers are excellent to deal with on any issues that may come up. We are planning on a return visit.
