The “Amanda House” is a fully restored 1926 Tampa Heights home that is 3 minutes from Armature Works and downtown Tampa, that sleeps up to 13 people. Relax in this huge home, complete with pool table, covered hot tub, gorgeous backyard deck and outdoor fire pit. Two master en-suites, one on the first floor, one on the second floor. Two queen bedrooms, a full bath and a sleeping loft with queen size trundle and a pull out twin, upstairs. A queen size Murphy bed with a half bath en-suite.

Perfect house!

This house was a great place for family to come together for a long weekend. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Anything you may need (cooking staples, washer/dryer, iron, etc) is there! There is plenty of outdoor space for relaxing. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. I would definitely considering staying at this home again!

Place was great-our regret is that we were so busy with a family wedding we really didn't get to enjoy all it has to offer.Jen was awesome-very responsive and informative. we didn't have any issues, but if we did I'm sure she would have addressed them. The hosts, Jen and Eric, were wonderful. Jen met us at the property upon arrival, and Eric joined us later. Jen gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we had. While we were touring the property, Jen noticed the water in the hot tub was low, so she filled it immediately. Eric quickly gathered firewood for the outdoor fire pit and repaired a minor toilet.The hosts provided clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The house was stocked with many essential items, such as paper products, soaps, shampoo/condtioner, and linens. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the board games. and pool table. The neighborhood was mostly quiet with some passing through traffic, with sidewalks which were great for walks to the nearby park. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. CVS was the closest store and it was within walking distance. We had to drive to other stores and to restaurants, which were 10-15 minutes or more away, depending on traffic. If you have the opportunity to stay in the Tampa area, this property is definitely worth it! It met all of our family needs and more.

Super Fun House

This was a perfect spot for our group of friends in town to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Great for a big group with lots of sleeping options, great outdoor entertainment spaces and well laid out living space. The pool table got lots of use. Just a great experience all around.

Wonderful stay in a fantastic location with excellent hosts!

Planned a golf trip with a bunch of my friends for several nights and loved our time at this home. The hosts were so accommodating and warm, the place was fantastic and the location could not have been better. Well appointed, clean and a fantastic outdoor area for socializing. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting with a group, especially nice backyard to hang out in at night.
