Stylish☀Mini Mint Bungalow☀10 mins from downtown

  • Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guesthouse is fenced in our backyard & there is a dedicated parking space on the right side of the driveway. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with new Samsung appliances, full size washer & dryer, a comfortable Queen size bed, en suite bathroom, Roku TVs, fast internet. I love the atmosphere in my neighborhood; you will find local & specialty stores (bakeries, vintage clothes, vinyl records, breweries), mix of cultures, the architectural style of the old city and a central location.

    The guesthouse is 484 sq ft. It is equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave & washer/dryer. You will find powdered laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher gel packs, sponges, dish drying rack, fire extinguisher and trash can under the kitchen sink. The living room has a 40" Roku TV and the bedroom has a 32" Roku TV. Additional linens are in the bedroom closet. BBQ grill available on the front porch. Enjoy the weather relaxing on the 184 sq ft front porch which includes 2 chairs and a small table.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to gather and dispose of any trash in the large blue bin and any recyclables in the green bin. Place used dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
If you have any opened food/beverages in the refrigerator/freezer, please remove them as well. No need to strip the bed or do any laundry.
Just place used bathroom towels on the hooks on the back of the bathroom door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
