Wasn't that excited about coming here but did so anyway because of the indoor pool. Will not come back. My room had a leak. I paid for executive suite and looked like I got a regular room. Customer Service was on the phone and trying to check me in the same time. Gave me bad information about where to place parking pass. Received a parking warning even with the pass on the dash. Would have rather went swimming in the rain.

The location was great near downtown, shopping mall and airport. Garden was beautiful full. The shower was great!. The service was the worst I ever stay we requested for extra blanket and pillow they said they’ll bring it but no body show up at all. I don’t know what kind of blanket they use on the bed but it’s very loud every time we moved or turn over. The AC are very very loud every time it cut off it sound like some body dropped something very heavy on the floor or some body shut the door very loud like almost every 30 minutes We couldn’t sleep at all for all night!! The worst experience and the worst hotel we ever stay.

The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful and the the deck staff, think her name was Yonny (sorry for the misspelling) helped get us checked in right away, was also super friendly and provided me with some toothpaste that I forgot to pack. The courtyard was beautiful. It is an older hotel well-worn facility, but comfortable. Thanks you for wonderful service!

Staff was nice but the ac in my room didn’t work had to have maintenance come fix it, hotel room was dirty, carpet had stains and the room was very humid but the rest of the hotel wasn’t. The room was damp it was really weird

The property is dated - in need of new paint and a good scrubbing. Highway noise is quite noticeable if your window faces 275. Otherwise uneventful stay. Average rating - fair for the cost.

We tried to use the hotel’s shuttle from the airport but got hung up on. There was very strong cleaning agent used on the room that was so overpowering that it caused headaches. The tv in the bedroom did not work.

Property is getting old. Furthermore, it was built on a budget and balcony doors are the most basic available, so lot's of noise comes in if you are facing the freeway. I did not sleep the first night and had to ask for a different room. The front door in the first room had swollen with the high Florida humidity and was hard to open and close. I'm a fit man but had a hard time opening it in the morning. An old or frail person would probably be unable to open it. This was reported to reception since it is a safety issue. The new room had the same issue with the bathroom door. Front desk help was very uneven. The young lady that checked me in was not very hospitable or helpful. Her approach is not suited for the hospitality industry. Day reception staff was the exact opposite and very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was substandard but breakfast was OK but servers were severely understaffed. I would only eat there as a last resort.

This is an older hotel so nothing is updated. The lobby looks beautiful but once you get in the elevator and head to your room its dirty looking hall carpet is old the rooms are old looking, not worth the price.

The inside of the hotel is very nice. The pool was enjoyable. The box spring was broken. My wife went to sit on the edge of the bed and the bed flew up in the air. Then after you flush the toilet 10mins later it would make a very alarming noise took us a while to figure out where it was coming from.

I found the hotel very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish that I had had the direct line to the hotel to book the room rather than going through another website. This makes booking more difficult for me.

This property has nice rooms. Plenty of space. Close enough to the stadium but you will have to drive, or Uber. It’s about 2.5 miles or so I would say.

Customer service was not good. Pool was cold. Gym was not maintained or cleaned the rubber floor was bubbled up the exercise equipment didn’t have network.The room was very humid, which made you stick to the floor. Had the room cleaned twice but when we returned we still found food on the floor and found that nothing had been wiped down. I believe if there was more attention to details to the up keep of the hotel it would make a difference. St. James restaurant was very over priced for the quality of food you get. The money the hotel is making needs to go back into the hotel to improve it.

The hotel looked beautiful when we arrived - but we were given an extra blanket with food stains on it and our air condition didn’t work. When I said something the next day about it - I was told I should have called maintenance- when you arrive at 2 am you just want to sleep and expect your room is ready!
