Renovated 2018! Modern South Tampa Pool Home w/Gameroom!

This home boast a very private backyard with lush tropical landscaping to surround the expansive pool. Our home is a ranch revival that was completely updated and remodeled in April 2018.

The master bedroom has new King bed/mattress along with river rock shower and full body massage jets. The 2nd bedroom has new queen bed/mattress and a set of Full beds in 3rd room with new bed/mattresses. We've updated the kitchen with gourmet features including gas range, custom backsplash, marble counter tops, sleek European cabinets and new appliances.

Enjoy brand new 55" HDTV 4k TV in living room along with the huge bonus room featuring a pool table, Ping Pong Table, dart board, Xbox, board games, more! Kid and pet friendly with an optional children/pet pool gate (as requested).

Located in a quiet neighborhood with secluded streets and walking distance to several restaurants.

New A/C in 2016 along with cable, Broadcast TV, ROKU or Apple TV on all HD 4k TV's including the backyard TV overlooking the pool, fire pit and hammock. Strong wireless throughout

Great house and location

We were in town for a trade show. It was a straight shot to the hotel location, also close to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else we needed. Communication with the owner was fast and responsive.

Fantastic home

Matt was great to work with. This home was perfect for our 5 day stay in Tampa! We enjoyed the fire pit out back with family several nights. 30 min to Clearwater beach and very close to downtown. Metro diner just around the corner is excellent.

Florida Oasis

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa. House was very clean. Really enjoyed the game room, outdoor tv and swimming pool. Bedrooms were a bit warm but fans were supplied. Overall a great little Oasis for a a family getaway close to everything.

Nice location close to everything, airport & University of Tampa

Interior was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is new and baths are upgraded. Beds are nice and comfortable. You can tell they are working on making improvements, some things are still old. Back yard needs some TLC.

Excellent location! Very well equipped and SPOTLESS!

We gathered with our adult children and had an amazing week! The home is comfortable , VERY clean and well equipped! A great place to cook meals together , a welcoming great room, a playroom (pool table ect) and a lovely backyard /outdoor living space. We loved the proximity to grocery stores , restaurants, coffee spots . The beaches are 1/2 hour away . We loved Treasure Island Beach . Had lunch at Sloppy Joes and it was yummy! We very much enjoyed downtown Tampa - the river walk is wonderful, the new development in and around is great! Sparkmans Wharf was really fun ! took in a Bolts Game too! Highly recommend the area. Matt and Sally were very attentive. Only an email away with super quick response time!! Five star vacation home!
