Absolutely amazing property, everything needed, was provided. From toiletries to cooking supplies. The pools was just a wonderful feature to have to just ourselves. Best VRBO to date!!

Home close to Busch Gardens

Home was definitely big enough for our family of 4. Mark was very attentive, checking on us after check in to see if we needed anything. He provided lots of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms which was nice touch, less to pack or buy when you arrive.

Pleasant stay- responsive host.

We had an enjoyable stay this week. The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. When we had an issue he called me right away and offered to fix any issues pretty quickly. We very much enjoyed the pool and the spa. The beds were clean and comfortable and the foozball table was an added bonus. Thank you!!

Great Home

Home was clean and spacious. Pool heat kept pool very comfortable for November. About an hour to Clearwater Beach. A small table for pool area would be nice and maybe even a few extra fold up chairs. Owner was very accommodating and available.

Mixed bag

We walked into an hour of cleanup.....dirty floors, oven sprayed but not wiped out....unexpected. The place was overall fine and the pool was clear upon arrival. Questions answered quickly. Our problem with the pool started after week one. Green algae began a week in but pool guy shocked it on Monday. Cleared it but scum began to build again by the next Monday. We let it go because the pool guy came (not that we saw him but he said he did) but we found out after it started getting bad he didn't chlorinate or scrub pool . He told us that when he came back after it got real bad the last week. I alerted the property manager and he couldn't have been more rude. He called me and lit into me about "swimming all day"?! and having a pool party. We did not! I tried to explain that my grand child's grand parents who stopped by for the afternoon because they live near there ...but he was off on a rant and I had to yell multiple times for him to STOP so I could explain my issues. He was a real unprofessional jerk. I told him to just get someone to clean the pool and he said it was a service and he would be there on his schedule. He said I didn't understand pool maintenance and was unaware that with a Ph.D in chemical engineering I might. His problem was his pool service, knowing it was "pollen season", should have been scheduled twice a week and proper chlorination done to prevent what occurred....not us swimming in the pool too much! He was so unprofessional. I cannot recommend renting.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable & we were glad we’re good all stay together. I paid extra (25/day) to have the pool heated and it never warmed up enough to get in. The spa was warm but it would take an 1-2 hrs to get warm. The kitchen was lacking a few essential items (can opener, pizza pan & cutter, hot pads, dish towels & cloths.
